Old-Fashioned Fun

The Craley Clan came down the last week in June and we had loads of fun. We went to Natural Tunnel State Park, Bristol Caverns, the Exchange Place, Bays Mountain, the Carter Fold, and also played in the creek, camped out in the backyard, and braved a swinging bridge. Here are a few photos of all the fun.

We went to the Exchange Place in Kingsport on a blazing hot Saturday. How did girls keep cool in those long dresses they wore??!! We roasted!

I just like this photo because of the chickens. They were following us around. Bwuck, bwuck, bwuck!

There are lots of restored buildings with period furnishings, as well as animals.

Here are Lexi and Caiti just playing in the creek. I think it was the most fun they had while they were here, just proving that old-fashioned fun is still the best.
