Let It Snow, Let It Rain, Let It Hail

Hmm.... Well, maybe not hail, not yet - because our metal roof is brand new! Our house on Manville Road was in pretty good shape when we bought it and a lot of work had been done. But it definitely needed a new roof. And now it has one. We got a few estimates, picked out our color, and the work started. Unfortunately, rain set in and what could have been a three day job, ended up taking some days longer.

But at last the sun came out long enough for John and Billy to finish the job....

And now we have a beautiful, weathertight roof, that should see us to the end of our days here up here on the ridge. So I say - Let It Rain!
